Modern Slavery Statement - Doza Consulting LTD

Effective Date: 08/04/2025

Introduction:

Doza Consulting LTD is a technology consulting company based in the UK, providing services to its clients such as software development and project delivery. As a responsible business, we are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all our operations and supply chains. This statement outlines our approach to addressing this issue.

Our Approach to Preventing Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

We have established policies and procedures aimed at preventing modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and across our supply chain.

These include:

Requiring that all new service contracts are signed off by a senior executive at board level to ensure appropriate oversight.

Using a preferred supplier list (PSL) for recruitment partners, meaning that all consultant hiring is managed through vetted and approved agencies.

Applying a risk-based approach to supplier due diligence, with enhanced checks in place for higher-risk sectors or geographies where modern slavery may be more common.

Ensuring all team members have direct line management support and access to internal networks that promote trust and open dialogue.

Verifying the right to work in the UK for all employees and contractors, with mandatory awareness of internal policies, including our stance on the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

In line with role requirements and risk of exposure, some employees are required to complete annual online training focused on recognising and preventing modern slavery.

We will not engage in business with any organisation, whether in the UK or internationally, that is known to support or participate in forced labour, servitude, or slavery in any form.

We also maintain internal policies that support our commitment to ethical conduct, such as fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace and providing safe channels—like our whistleblowing policy—for staff to report concerns related to unethical or unlawful practices across our business or supply chain.

Supply Chain:

As a consultancy service, Doza Consulting LTD does not have a complex supply chain, and our operations do not involve sourcing goods or services from external suppliers as of present. This includes procuring the following; consultancy services from carefully chosen recruiters, consultants and other business partners; IT equipment and related services (including global IT platform providers); advice from our professional service advisers; and goods and services in the course of our day to day operations (for example cleaning services for our offices).

Training and Awareness:

All co-founders of Doza Consulting LTD have read and watched the UK government's training resources on modern slavery and human trafficking, and they continue to keep updated on government guidelines in this regard.
