The Challenge
Moli Group, a manufacturer and installer of resin-bound driveways, patios, and paths, sought to add a quote builder following their website overhaul. The company wanted to provide instant quotes to customers while improving internal lead generation processes.
However, they lacked in-house expertise to deliver within budget constraints and a three-month deadline. Doza was engaged in April 2024 to build the customer-facing quote builder and retrieval system.
Our Approach
Two expert consultants were assigned to the project. The team conducted discovery sessions examining customer journey mapping and Moli’s operational needs, then built an MVP to accelerate delivery.

Prioritised mobile-friendliness and simplicity for end users requesting quotes.
Back-Office Portal
Included automated surveyor matching and Klaviyo integration for marketing automation.
Delivery Process
Two-week sprints with staged testing environments and dedicated Slack communication enabled collaborative feedback. The solution launched in July 2024.
