THE CHALLENGE
Intuitive’s easy-to-use dashboards allow customers to access valuable, relevant business intelligence (BI) supporting informed decision making. Intuitive wanted to better design, architect and build their products through a SaaS solution. Having recently decided on a cloud-based Azure platform, they needed to better understand the product and how it could be best implemented.
In May 2024, Intuitive engaged Doza to undertake an audit of the current tech and a discovery phase to provide optimisation recommendations.
Our consultant led a ten-day discovery phase. This included several in-person and virtual deep-dive sessions with stakeholders and the in-house development team to understand business requirements (short, medium and long term), products, constraints (e.g. cost, in-house skills), pain points and concerns. Collaborative sessions allowed us to showcase practical application of tools and technology, improving Intuitive’s understanding and knowledge.
